
Can’t Sleep, I’m Traumatized
? This year has been difficult for me with sleep. I have a lot of trauma that keeps me up at night, when my mind wanders. ? Insomnia isn’t necessarily something new for me, traveling so often and sleeping in different places is surely not helpful.
I’ve used sleep-aids and melatonin etc. when I feel like I need them, but my favorite remedy is Sleepy Time tea, with honey, from Celestial Seasonings. ?✨ My dad used to give it to me when I was a small child. It works for me really well! ? Do you have anything special to help you sleep? ?
